Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by the Boreal Waters Community Foundation, the Bernard B. and Mary L. Brusin Scholarship Fund provides $5,000 to students with financial need who are pursuing higher education. Applicants must be a graduate of one of several designated Duluth-area high schools.
