Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by SPIE, the BACUS Scholarship is a $5,000 award to provide education assistance to students in field of microlithography. Applicants must be student member of SPIE; must be a student studying microlithography or a related field; applicants who have received a terminal degree (MD, JD, PhD, etc.) are not eligible to apply.
