Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by the Music Forward Foundation in partnership with the Affinity Plus Foundation, this program provides two $5,000 scholarships to Minnesota students or Affinity Plus members studying out of state. Applicants must be a full-time junior or senior with at least 60 credits earned at an accredited college.
