Amount: $2,600. About: Offered by Gerber Foundation, the Gerber Foundation Merit Scholarship is a $2,600 award to support local students pursuing postsecondary education. Applicants must be High school seniors who meet the GPA requirement and are graduating from the following high schools in Newaygo County, MI: Fremont, Grant, Hesperia, Newaygo, White Cloud, and home school students who live in Newaygo County; must have GPA of 3.0 to 3.84; must be planning to attend an accredited post-secondary program in the US leading to a baccalaureate or associate degree, or a vocational or technical training program leading to a certificate.
