Administered by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Foundation, the Schurgin Family Foundation Entrepreneurial Scholarship is awarded to college students who are interested in retail real estate or a related industry and demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and spirit. Each applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, be a full-time college student enrolled at an accredited university, and meet a minimum 3.0 GPA requirement.
