Offered by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Foundation, the Federal Realty Undergraduate Scholarship is annually awarded to undergraduate students interested in retail real estate or a related field. Each applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior enrolled at an accredited university in fall 2026, and meet a minimum 3.0 GPA requirement. Students from underrepresented groups are highly encouraged to apply for the scholarship.

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement

Minimum GPA: 3.0
