Matt Heuertz Scholarship

Amount: $1,000 $5,000. About: Offered by Chemical Coaters Association International Finishing Education Foundation (CCAI FEF), the Matt Heuertz Scholarship is a $1,000 $5,000 award to program provides funding for students with academic pursuits that could lead to a career in industrial finishing. To qualify, high school senior accepted to a university or technical college, or a current technical university or technical college student. Only undergraduates are eligible to apply. Sincere interest in supervision, production & processing, engineering, management, chemistry, quality control, or similar in the finishing/coatings industry. Minimum of a 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Enrolled in a technical or degree granting program that would qualify the student to be hired into the industrial finishing/coatings industry. Criteria (How entries are judged): The CCAI FEF Board of Directors reviews completed application packages. Applicants are rated according to a defined scale to maintain objectivity. Recipients are determined by the Board of Directors. 3+ awards are made.
