Amount: $20 $30,000. About: Offered by CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies, the Joseph S. Murphy Scholarship for Diversity in Labo is a $20 $30,000 award to promote Diversity and Excellence in Union Leadership and Labor Studies. To qualify, those applying for the graduate scholarship must be first-time, entering students in the School of Labor and Urban Studies MA in Labor Studies program. Graduate applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA from prior undergraduate work. Those applying for the undergraduate scholarship may be either first-time or continuing students already enrolled in the CUNY SLU BA in Labor Studies. Undergraduate applicants must have completed 60 college credits with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
