Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, the Lebbeus F. Bissell Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to help award hundreds of scholarships each year to local students seeking post-secondary higher education. Applicants must be a graduating high school seniors who will attend a four-year college full time in the fall, there are scholarships available for students entering 2-year schools, graduate schools or vocational schools, applicants are adult learners, high school seniors, current college students and graduate students.
