Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Stephen J. Byrnes & Mary “Sally” Byrnes Scholarship is a full-tuition award to providing scholarships for Marion area students to pursue their higher education goals. Applicants must be planning to attend a trade school, two-year or four-year college or university, graduate school, law school, or medical school. 2 awards are made annually.
