About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Stormy Ray Cushing Scholarship is a full-tuition award to providing scholarships for Marion area students to pursue their higher education goals. Applicants must be HS senior or graduate; attended Marion County HS; resident of Marion County for minimum of two years during HS; applicants planning to attend a trade school, two-year or four-year college or university, graduate school, law school, or medical school.
