Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by the Marion Community Foundation, the Dr. Kathy Dixon Memorial Scholarship provides a full-tuition award to a Marion-area student pursuing higher education. Applicants must be a high school senior or graduate from a designated central Ohio county who plans to attend Ohio State University or Marion Technical College.
