Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Mitchell Libster Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support Harding High School graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of Harding High School (including Tri-Rivers or Mary Ellen Withrow Academy); must have a minimum 2.5 GPA for high school students and a minimum 2.0 GPA for college students.
