Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Gregory A. Rees Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support local students pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a Harding High School senior who has been resident of Marion County throughout entire high school experience, OR a high school senior or graduate registered to attend Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio; must be in the upper 25th percentile of class for high school students or have a 2.5 GPA for college students.
