About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Jeannette Turner Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support Marion County graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of a Marion County high school who attended the school all four years; must be in the upper 25th percentile of high school class.
