Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Douglas and Elaine Waring Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support Marion County graduating seniors planning to pursue postsecondary education. Applicant must be a graduating senior at a Marion County high school and must have attended the school entire senior year; must be in upper 50th percentile of ACT/SAT.
