AIST Midwest Member Chapter – Western States Award

Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by Association for Iron and Steel Technology, the AIST Midwest Member Chapter – Western States Award is a $3,000 award to provide educational assistance for engineering and non-engineering students. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior who will be enrolling in college for the fall semester or an undergraduate students in their first, second or third year currently enrolled in an accredited North American College or University; Applicants must be a full time student in good academic standing; applicants must be members of the AIST Midwest chapter or the dependent of a member of the AIST Midwest chapter, or an AIST student member through the Material Advantage Student Program, within the Midwest Member Chapter area; any candidate applying for a scholarship will only be eligible to win one of the aforementioned scholarships; student must start or be continuing in the course of study, at the college or university, in the fall of the same year the scholarship is awarded.

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
