James R. Vogt Radiochemistry Scholarship

Amount: $2,000 $3,000. About: Offered by American Nuclear Society, the James R. Vogt Radiochemistry Scholarship is a $2,000 $3,000 award to support undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in or proposing to undertake research in radioanalytical chemistry, analytical chemistry, or analytical applications of nuclear science. Applicants must have completed a minimum of two years in an accredited undergraduate program and be enrolled in a four-year college or university in the U.S; undergraduates in their junior and senior years are eligible to apply, as are graduate students in their first or second year of graduate study; applicants must be engaged in or proposing to undertake graduate or undergraduate research in radioanalytical chemistry or its applications; applicants must be U.S. citizens or hold a permanent resident visa at the time of application; applicants interested in being considered for the James R. Vogt Scholarship should include in their “Personal Statement” an interest in radioanalytical chemistry and its applications; past recipients are not eligible.
