Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by the Boreal Waters Community Foundation, the Robert B. and Sophia Whiteside Scholarship Fund provides $5,000 to graduating seniors of Duluth high schools who show academic excellence, character, and leadership. Applicants are identified and given an application code by their school counselor and must be seeking admission to an accredited degree program.
