About: Offered by MPOWER Financing, the Global Citizen Scholarship provides awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to international and DACA students enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian school that MPOWER supports. Applicants must be accepted at or enrolled full-time in a degree program and legally permitted to study in the U.S. or Canada. Three awards are made annually.
