Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the Permelia A. Butterfield Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to provide college scholarships to Christians of all denominations from Franklin County. Applicants must be students, under 21 years of age, with one or both parents deceased, all Christian religious sects and denominations and who are residents of Franklin County; must be student who plans to enroll for the upcoming fall semester, in any year of college as an undergraduate or graduate student and who will attend an accredited post-secondary school in the United States; must attend on either a full-time or part-time basis.
