About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the Ida Miller Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to provide college scholarships to Shelburne Fire District residents. Applicants must be residents of the Shelburne Falls Fire District in Franklin County; must be pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited institution in the United States in the upcoming fall semester.
