About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the David “Davey” Duggan Memorial Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to recognize and award Holyoke graduating seniors who have excelled at academic and athletics. Applicants must be Holyoke, MA, high school graduating seniors who have excelled both academically and athletically; must be pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited institution in the United States in the upcoming fall semester. 2 awards are made annually.
