About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the Anthony and Madeline Sampson Kapinos Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to provide college scholarships to Chicopee High School graduates. Applicants must be graduates of Chicopee High School in Massachusetts; must be pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited institution in the United States in the upcoming fall semester.
