Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by Gilroy Foundation, the Don and Karen Christopher Scholarship is a $5,000 award to support local students pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a graduating senior from Christopher High School or Gilroy High School in California; must be planning to attend a college, university, or trade school; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must have a demonstrated record of community service. 4 awards are made annually.
