Amount: $1,000 $4,000. About: Offered by Luso-American Education Foundation, the TOP Youth Membership Scholarship is a $1,000 $4,000 award to support youth members pursuing undergraduate degrees. Applicants must have applied to begin classes at a community college, trade school, or four-year College/University; applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.5; applicant must have served as a Luso-American Fraternal State the Officer or has a significant involvement in a Luso-American Fraternal the Council; applicant must be a member of a West Coast Council; currently a high school graduating senior. 3 awards are made annually.
