Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by Marines’ Memorial Association & Foundation, the Hammer Family Scholarship is a $5,000 award to support veterans pursuing undergraduate degrees in engineering, mathematics, or science. Applicants must be United States Veterans who have separated no earlier than the specified year; plan to attend a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math undergraduate university/college program during the school year; Marines’ Memorial membership is not required. 2 awards are made annually.
