About: Offered by U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, the USPAACC College Hallmark Scholarships is a $3,000 $5,000 award to support high school seniors nationwide for their post-secondary education. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and high school seniors; must be of East, South, Southeast Asian, or Pacific Island heritage; must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents beginning full-time study at an accredited post-secondary educational institute in the fall; must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, leadership in extracurricular activities, involvement in community service, and financial need.
