Offered by Dolphin Scholarship Foundation, the Dolphin Scholarships is a $2,000 $3,400 award to support the education of children/stepchildren of members or former members of the Submarine Force or who have served in the Submarine Force. Applicants must be a child or stepchild of a member or former member of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force; be a high school senior or be currently enrolled as a student in a college or an accredited vocational or technical institute; be unmarried and under the age 24 at the time; intend to or be enrolled as a full-time student working toward an Associate’s or Baccalaureate degree at a two or four year accredited university or college or be working toward vocational/technical certification at an accredited institute. Scholars attending any Military Service Academy are NOT eligible for the Dolphin Scholarship.
Eligible Grade Levels: College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Community College Student
Eligible Majors: All Majors
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
Deadline: March 15.
