Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by Hispanic Dental Association, the Colgate-Palmolive/HDA Foundation Dental Residency or Specialty is a $5,000 award to support promising students training in an accredited Dental Residency or Dental Specialty Program. Applicants must be members of the Hispanic Dental Association or Hispanic Student Dental Association who have been accepted or enrolled full-time in a CODA accredited residency program; students must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in an oral health related field (Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, etc.) from a US school or abroad; must attend the HSDA Regional Conference at the New York University College of Dentistry on June 20, previous year preceding the HDA Annual Meeting; must have a minimum average grade point of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or be in good academic standing at their school.
