About: Offered by Foundation for Enhancing Communities, the Jan DiMartino Delany Memorial Scholarship is a $5,000 award to support students graduating seniors of Cumberland Valley High School attending a two-year or four-year institution of higher education. Applicants must be leadership qualities within the school or community and community service; overcome personal challenges; scholastic ability; financial need; need not to be a U.S. citizen.
