About: Offered by the Youth Maritime Training Association, the Norm Manly YMTA Maritime Education Scholarship provides $1,000 to $5,000 to students pursuing maritime training and education. Applicants must be a Washington high school senior, including GED programs, planning a maritime or marine-related career.
