Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by Louisiana Library Association, the LLA Scholarships is a $3,000 award to assist students during their full-time study toward the Master’s Degree in Library Science at Louisiana State University School of Library and Information Science. Applicants must have been born in Louisiana and have lived in Louisiana for at least one year (exclusive of any period of full-time enrollment in post-secondary education), OR either parent of the applicant has lived in Louisiana for a period of five years (exclusive of any period of full-time enrollment in post-secondary education); must be planning to attend Louisiana State University’s School of Library and Information Science.
