Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be African American or Black; be a full-time undergraduate sophomore or junior at an accredited college or university; demonstrate a commitment to public policy; have a minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale; and exhibit leadership and be active in community.

Enid Hall Griswold Memorial Scholarship – $5,000

The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) offers the Enid Hall Griswold Memorial Scholarship to college juniors and seniors who are enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States, pursuing a major in political science, history, government, or economics. The award is a one-time award worth $5,000. The scholarship will not be awarded in 2022.

Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship – $10,000
