Hire Volunteers!

Be clear in the job description – Spell out everything that is expected so students are clear about the commitment.

Provide training – Create training materials for the student volunteers and spend some time at the beginning of the program to get them set.

Limit the hours – Please remember that students already have the significant time commitments of being a student. We ask that you don’t expect more than 10 hours per week from High School students, and 15 hours per week from College Students.
