Eli Lilly and Company is hiring a Technology Intern to Intern for an on-site role in Indianapolis, Indiana, within the biotechnology and health care industry. This internship is intended for students who will have completed their sophomore or junior year by June 2026 in an IT, computer-related, or related academic program. The posted pay range is $57,400–$65,600 per year.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently attending a college/university and will have completed your sophomore or junior year by June 2026 in an Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Security, Business, and/or computer related academic program.
- Qualified applicantsBe authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor the following work authorization or visas for this role: F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.
- Completion of Lilly Internship.
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Security, Business, and/or other computer-related topics.
- Comfort working on-site in Indianapolis, IN and collaborating with teammates in person.
- Clear, professional communication skills for documenting work and sharing updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with technology-related tasks.
- Ability to manage time across multiple priorities while meeting internship expectations.
