Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
- Financial risk management experience in Automotive, consulting and/or tech industry
- Ability to analyze financial statements to determine if a company has strong or weak financial health
Nice to have
- Comfort working with financial statements and explaining what key line items suggest about a company’s financial health.
- Exposure to financial risk management concepts through coursework, projects, or prior experience.
- Interest in supplier ecosystems and how financial stability can impact supply continuity in automotive or tech environments.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing and in conversations with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing financial documents and comparing trends over time.
