Qualifications
Required
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program prior to and post internship.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent science/engineering field AND returning to the program after completion of the internship in Fall 2026.
- Proficient (able to complete coding tasks without assistance) in two or more programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or similar object oriented or functional programming languages.
Nice to have
- Coursework or projects in cloud computing, distributed systems, or networking that help you ramp up on OCI-related work.
- Experience building and debugging medium-sized codebases through class projects, hackathons, or internships.
- Comfort using version control (e.g., Git) and collaborating through code reviews for team-based development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain your approach clearly to others.
- Familiarity with data management or data governance concepts, aligned with Oracle’s industry focus.
