District Manager Intern – New England & Capital District
About this internship
ALDI USA is hiring a District Manager Intern for the New England & Capital District area, based on-site in South Windsor, CT. This paid internship ($28/hour) is geared toward students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. You’ll learn from a trainer to build a fuller understanding of the role and the importance of leading by building a culture of excellence while demonstrating ALDI’s M.A.P. mindsets, competencies, and professional skills.
Qualifications
Required
- In current pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Acquires knowledge from their trainer to gain a full understanding of the roles and importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
Nice to have
- Interest in leadership development and learning how to build a culture of excellence.
- Comfort learning on-site and taking direction from a trainer to quickly build role knowledge.
- Strong communication skills for working with different people and sharing updates clearly.
- Good time management and organization to stay on track with multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to seek feedback and consistently apply ALDI’s M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
