About this internship
CBIZ is offering an Audit Intern position for Summer 2027 in Washington, DC, with on-site work. Qualifications
Required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, including basic knowledge of GAAP and GAAS rules, procedures and standards
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
Nice to have
- Comfort working with detailed documentation and following established rules, procedures, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing information and spotting inconsistencies.
- Ability to ask clear questions and summarize findings for different audiences.
- Good time-management habits to juggle multiple tasks in a team-oriented setting.
- Professional, thoughtful communication style in both written and verbal updates.
