Qualifications
Required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project management skills, including knowledge of GAAP, Taxation compliance, codes and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
Nice to have
- Comfort interpreting and summarizing tax codes and regulations into clear notes for a broader audience.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing work for accuracy and consistency with GAAP and compliance guidelines.
- Confidence asking clarifying questions and incorporating feedback from team members across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and track progress across tax-related tasks or projects.
