Qualifications
Required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project management skills, including knowledge of GAAP, Taxation compliance, codes and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
Nice to have
- Prior coursework or hands-on exposure to GAAP and tax compliance concepts.
- Comfort reviewing and organizing documentation to support tax codes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience balancing multiple deadlines while keeping work accurate and well-documented.
- Confidence drafting clear emails or summaries for different audiences across an organization.
- A proactive approach to asking questions and flagging issues early to help the team problem-solve.
