Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Tech Ops Engineer Summer Intern in Titusville, NJ, supporting work in the health care and medical device industry. This is a hybrid internship with an hourly pay range of $23–$51. You must be enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, PhD, or similar), have a 3.0+ GPA, and be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without now or future visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, PhD, or similar) with an interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or business. GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

- Graduate coursework or project experience related to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or business operations
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup and coordinating with teammates both on-site in Titusville and remotely
