Qualifications
Required
- A strong foundation of coding skills, and knowledge of: Front end – Javascript, Angular, ReactJS
- Back end – Java
- Full Stack – Javascript, Ruby on Rails
- A growth mindset: an eagerness to learn to overcome unique coding challenges, and an interest in picking up new coding skills or technologies
- Strong coding problem solving skills
Nice to have
- Comfort discussing past coding projects and the technical decisions you made.
- Experience switching between front-end and back-end tasks as needed (even in coursework or personal work).
- Familiarity reading and extending existing codebases written in JavaScript or Java.
- Practice breaking down ambiguous problems into smaller, testable steps.
- Openness to learning new languages or frameworks beyond what you already know.
