About this internship
BDO is hiring a Core Tax Intern for Summer 2027 in Woodbridge, NJ, in an on-site role. This internship is designed for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting or a related field who are actively pursuing credits toward CPA eligibility. The pay range is $37–$41 per hour.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Strong attention to detail when working with financial or tax-related information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating in an on-site setting.
- Comfort using Excel for organizing data, basic analysis, and maintaining accuracy.
- Time-management skills to balance internship responsibilities with coursework and CPA-credit planning.
- Willingness to ask questions and learn firm processes while following guidance closely.
