BDO USA is hiring an Assurance Intern for Summer 2027 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a hybrid work model and pay of $30–$41 per hour. This accounting-focused internship is designed for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting who are actively pursuing school credits toward CPA eligibility. You’ll use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint while supporting assurance-related work.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
Nice to have
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for sharing updates and documenting work.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, including reliable time management and responsiveness.
- Interest in assurance and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Experience with coursework or projects that involved analyzing financial information and presenting findings in Excel or PowerPoint.
