Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with tax-related documents and updates.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort double-checking numbers, dates, and supporting materials.
- Time-management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines during the winter term.
- Confidence using Excel for organizing data, applying formulas, and keeping workpapers tidy.
- Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and learn firm processes quickly in an on-site setting.
