BDO is hiring a Core Tax Intern for Summer 2027 in Dallas, TX, with an on-site work model and a pay range of $37–$41 per hour. This internship is geared toward students enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Accounting or a related field who are actively pursuing credits toward CPA eligibility. You’ll likely support tax-related work and use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing numbers, documents, and deliverables.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with team members and sharing updates.
- Comfort organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing multiple assignments at once.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts from coursework and an interest in learning tax workflows.
- Confidence creating well-formatted spreadsheets and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
