- Proven leadership and effective oral communication skills

- Coursework or project experience related to manufacturing, quality, or process improvement
- Comfort communicating updates and findings clearly in meetings or written summaries
- Experience taking initiative or leading a team in a class, lab, or student organization
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to documenting work
- Interest in applying engineering fundamentals to real-world electronics or hardware contexts
