Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Solid foundation in statistics, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, regression analysis, and causal inference
Nice to have
- Coursework or projects in experiment design and measurement, including interpreting A/B test results
- Experience cleaning, joining, and validating large datasets to create analysis-ready tables
- Ability to communicate statistical findings clearly to non-technical partners using concise write-ups or visuals
- Familiarity with common regression diagnostics and how to check assumptions and data quality
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and iterating on analysis based on feedback
